Rebecca Lynn Parker is a multidisciplinary artist and educator whose work spans silk painting, ceramics, and watercolor. Born in Alturas, California, she began painting at age five with the encouragement of her mother, whose unwavering support nurtured Rebecca’s creative path.

She studied fine arts at the University of Alaska Southeast, focusing on fiber arts, ceramics, and printmaking. From 1996 to 1998, she served as head art instructor for the Juneau Arts and Humanities Council. Today, she teaches and creates in her woodland studio in Poulsbo, Washington, drawing inspiration from the lush rainforests of Southeast Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. Rebecca is represented by Front Street Gallery and received a Washington Clay Arts Association grant in 2024 for her contributions to ceramics and community-based art.
