Chelsea Quesada

Jewelry

Chelsea’s process usually begins with research. She enjoys learning new techniques and styles of beading. When seeking inspiration, Chelsea turns to nature, spending time outdoors and drawing colors, shapes, and patterns from everything she observes. Once she has a clear idea of what she wants to create, she selects a color palette. Next, she designs a pattern and makes any necessary adjustments before working up a sample. Chelsea primarily works with 11/0 or 15/0 seed beads, hand-stitching each bead in place using a fine needle and thread specifically made for beading. Jewelry making has been her lifelong passion, and she is always looking forward to her next project.
